Events

Each event must have a certified Judge

Event Types

Online Open

Open to all players and doesn't count for any points

Online Tournament

Open to all players and counts for points

Online Seasonal Championship

Must have at least 28 season points to enter

Points are doubled!

Online Worlds Championship

Must have at least 60 points from all seasons of that year to enter

Points are doubled!

Rounds

All rounds are best of 1

Each round will last 40 minutes

Whenever the timer runs out the current player plays out their turn and the other player gets 1 extra turn. Winner is the player with the most Objective points. If both sides have equal objective points check the Gamemode

Point Ranking

1st place: 8 Points

2nd place: 6 Points

3rd place: 4 Points

All others 1 point

Any other prizes may be given out that the host may determaned before the event starts

Offenses

Minor Offenses

• Miss Play with no harmful attempt
• Bad sportsmanship
• Being rude to judges
• Heavy fowl language
• Using cards from not allowed within the format
• Ilegal Deck Count

Major Offenses

• doing a Ilegal action with harmful intent
• Cheating
• Being rude to other players
• Using cards not allowed/modfiying deck

Penalties

Minor Offenses

minor 1st offense: Warning

minor 2nd offense: 1 round loss

minor 3rd offense: DQ

minor 4th offense: Ban from MG Play

Major Offenses

major 1st offense: DQ

major 2nd offense: Ban from MG Play

Entry

Must have a Play MG profile

Must have a deck list for Standard. *Preferably sleeved but not required if in person!

Must have no Major Offenses in the last 4 months or be banned from MG Play
